Who we are

AntSeed Pay (antseed-pay.com) is the funding gateway for AntSeed: it lets you purchase USDC delivered to your own self-custodial AntSeed account address on the Base network. We never hold your funds, do not operate a wallet, and do not require an account. This policy covers antseed-pay.com only; the AntSeed app has its own policy.

What we process, and why

Funding-link data — your AntSeed account address, purchase amount, currency, and a signature created by your AntSeed app. We process these solely to verify the link and prepare your purchase with the payment provider you choose. We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details.

IP address and approximate location — your IP address reaches our server with every request, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) derives your country from it. We use this to screen out sanctioned jurisdictions, to determine which payment providers can serve your region, and we pass your IP address to the provider you select where that provider requires it for its own fraud prevention and compliance. The country you pick in the availability selector is used only to show applicable payment options.

Payment providers

Purchases are executed by third-party providers — currently Stripe, Coinbase, and MoonPay, depending on your region — acting as the merchant of record. Identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and fraud screening happen with the provider under its own published privacy policy, which is presented in its checkout. We receive transaction status, never your payment credentials or identity documents.

On-chain data

Your account address and delivered USDC balance are public information on the Base blockchain. We read this public data to display your balance; we do not write anything on-chain.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. During the pre-launch period we set one strictly necessary cookie (an access-gate token) after you enter the site passcode; it identifies no person. Payment providers may use strictly necessary cookies inside their own checkout.

Hosting and retention

The service runs on Cloudflare's global network, so requests are processed wherever Cloudflare operates. We keep no database of personal data. Short-lived operational logs (which may include IP addresses and destination addresses) exist for security and troubleshooting, are not sold or shared for marketing, and are disclosed only when legally required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we keep almost nothing, most requests are satisfied by our retention practices above — but you can always reach us, and we will respond as the law requires.

Children

The service is not directed at children and may only be used by people old enough to enter binding contracts in their jurisdiction.
