The service
AntSeed Pay is an interface for purchasing USDC on the Base network, delivered to the self-custodial AntSeed account address contained in your signed funding link. We are not a money transmitter, exchange, broker, or wallet: every purchase is executed by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe, Coinbase, or MoonPay, depending on your region) acting as the merchant of record, under that provider's own terms, which you accept in its checkout. By using the service you accept these terms.
Eligibility and availability
The service is not available in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, and Belarus) or to persons subject to sanctions, and you may not use it to evade those restrictions. Availability of providers, payment methods, currencies, and regions otherwise varies and may change without notice; our availability selector is informational, and each provider applies its own eligibility rules and identity verification at its discretion. You must be old enough to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction and are responsible for complying with your local law, including any taxes.
Funding links
Funding links are created and signed by your AntSeed app, and are valid only for the address they were signed for — a link can never direct funds anywhere else, and reusing one can only fund the same address again. Before paying, confirm the address shown on this site matches your AntSeed app. You are responsible for using links from your own app and for the security of the device that holds your AntSeed account.
Purchases and delivery
USDC is delivered by the provider directly to the address in your funding link; we display your on-chain balance but take no part in settlement. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — neither we nor the provider can recall delivered funds. Delivery times depend on the provider and network conditions. Optional features that move funds after delivery (such as auto-deposit) are part of the AntSeed app and governed by its terms, not these.
Fees
We currently charge no fee on top of the provider's pricing. Any provider fees and exchange rates are shown in the provider's checkout before you pay.
No advice, no custody
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We never take possession of your fiat or crypto. Delivered USDC resides at your own address on Base; USDC is issued by Circle, not by us, and is not a bank deposit or government-insured.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to interfere with or probe the service, or to misrepresent your location or identity to us or to a provider.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us — currently none — and we are not liable for provider outages or declined payments, network congestion, changes in the value of USDC, or losses arising from on-chain activity or from the AntSeed app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the service; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
